TATTOO REMOVAL APPLICATION

TATTOO REMOVAL APPLICATION

The application of tattoo removal is performed with fat laser and pica laser systems. The laser rays that are projected into the epidermis layer of the skin, upon passing through the dermis layer, get absorbed by the colour particles and removed by the immune system through being transformed into tiny particles.

Every tattoo can be removed by laser rays of adjustable wave lengths. While dark tattoos are prone to be successfully removed quickly, colourful tattoos take a while longer to be successfully removed.

Although there is no need for anaesthesia most of the time still local anaesthesia can be applied to the more sensitive patients in order to make them feel more comfortable. By the use of pica per second laser systems we hurt the skin way less than other tattoo removal devices, achieving successful results with minimum number of sessions.

How often/many sessions should tattoo removal be applied?

Depending on tattoo's area, size and colour, on average a treatment of four to eight sessions per three weeks is planned. Post-removal there might be redness, swelling and scab on the application area. Post-removal the patient should; protect the removal area from sunrays, use the prescribed creams, and not apply processes such as wax, epilation or peeling.
